Ranger – Distress Collage Medium Matte (789541073031)
Tim Holtz Distress Collage Medium is a matte gel medium ideal for gluing, layering and sealing mixed media projects. Apply directly on porous or non-porous surfaces including paper, chipboard, wood, fabric, glass, metal, and plastic. The applicator tip bottle is designed for applying to smaller elements. Drying time will vary depending on amount applied. Dries translucent with a matte finish. Wipe the tip and replace cap after use.
