Refunds Policy

Returns
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund or exchange except in special circumstances agreed by 2Bee Inspired . If you have a concern with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect (brand new) condition, unopened and unused – in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (showing the order number), contact details and a genuine reason for the return request.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any products that are damaged or missing from your order (not due to our error) will need to be discussed, however the customer may be advised to follow up with Australia Post (with evidence of damage and parcel tracking number). 
Products that were purchased using a clearance discount code, reduced in price or marked imperfect,  cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your product/s have been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your products. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 5 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within the 5 business days, please check with your credit card company or bank to see if there is some delay on their side. Please contact us if there is still no refund received after 5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unless otherwise notified, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email with a photo of the product, the required information as stated above for returns plus your contact details to  make an initial assessment. If we agree to an exchange, we will expect you to then post the damaged product to us (at your own expensive) for a replacement product to be sent to you.
