2Bee Inspired reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions continuously and we, therefore, advise you to read them regularly.

This website is owned and operated by 2Bee Inspired ABN 19 246 366 114. All orders and purchases made through the facilities of this website shall be subject to these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.

Placing Orders for Goods

You may order from 2beeinspired.com.au if you have an active email account and a telephone number at which you can be easily contacted. Once you submit your order, cancellations of your order or changes to the products in your order cannot be made so please check your order carefully. We will, however, allow you to return goods in accordance with the returns policy. Where you place consecutive or separate orders for products, we cannot consolidate the orders into one. A separate delivery fee will apply to each order. While there are no limits to the number of products you can have in your order, you may be subjected to an additional shipping costs, as outlined in our Delivery and Shipping policy. Once an order have been submitted, you will be automatically provided with a Tax Invoice that contains your order number.  

NOTE: The order number will be required as proof of purchase when you need to contact 2Bee Inspired about your order. 

Acceptance and rejection of orders

2Bee Inspired reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at any time. In the event we reject an order, we will notify you with the reason for rejection via email within five business days after the placement of the order. If we are unable to contact you in relation to your order, under these Terms and Conditions, using the contact details you provided during the order process (after having made reasonable attempts to contact you), we will reject the order and we will notify you of that rejection via phone or email within five business days after the placement of the order. 2Bee Inspired will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for the rejection of an order.

Availability of goods

You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, some products on the website may be out of stock or unavailable and we may not be able to fulfil all or part of your order. If this occurs, 2Bee Inspired will use reasonable measures to either source the products, contact you within five business days to either arrange a full or partial refund, change your order to replace the product with a comparable product in a similar price range (where available) as agreed with you or come to an alternative arrangement. Where a comparable product or alternative arrangement cannot be agreed upon, we will refund you the price paid for the goods. We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any good displayed on the website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you. Where products within your order have been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your order has already been processed (paid), we will use reasonable endeavours to refund any money in respect of that particular product/s within five business days. Where your order is affected by an error on the website (for example, in relation to a description of goods, an image, price or otherwise), we will reject the part of the order that is the subject of the error. If applicable, 2Bee Inspired will proceed to fulfil the remainder of your order in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If you are not satisfied with the partial fulfilment of your order, you can return your order to us in accordance with the Returns Policy.

You acknowledge and agree that all pictures and images of products displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only, and the sizes and dimensions of products may differ in real life, you have read any corresponding written description of the products prior to submitting your order, the colour of products as shown on the website may vary slightly in shade in real life, where we provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of a good it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your order and any accessory featured with the goods is for illustration purposes only and may be sold separately. We recommend in these cases, that if you need clarification on a product that you contact us via email (can be done from our website) or SMS.

Price and Payment

The price in respect of a product is specified on the website. Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, inclusive of any applicable goods and services tax (GST). 2Bee Inspired reserves the right to change or alter prices of goods on the website without notice to you. 2Bee Inspired maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors of price or product descriptions unless you have already submitted an order at a stipulated price, in which case there will be no change or alteration in pricing. In respect of any order, we will charge you and you agree to pay the price (which is the price at the time the order is submitted) and the delivery fee. You can pay for your goods by any of the methods specified on the electronic order form on the website, which includes direct debit, credit card and PayPal. When paying by credit card, you authorise 2Bee Inspired to debit your nominated card at the time you submit your order. The name on the credit card used for the payment must match the name on the order.  In paying or attempting to pay for the products on our website, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.
You will receive a Tax Invoice by email once payment in respect of your order has been processed.

Promotions

You may receive online offers and promotions emailed to you, which include a one-off promotional or coupon code for your use when shopping at 2Bee Inspired. It is your responsibility to ensure that the code is valid (these can expiry at any given time) and that you enter the code at the time of making your purchase online. We cannot apply the code retrospectively once you have submitted your order. Terms and conditions will apply to the use of the offer or promotion. Any code is non-transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer and is a one-off use only (usually off your next purchase). 

Termination

2Bee Inspired reserves the right to, at its discretion, terminate these Terms and Conditions and your access to and use of the website. We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. Any variations to these Terms and Conditions will take effect from posting on the website.
